My deepest sympathy to the Barkan Family. Neil was special in everyway. His jokes, charm and charisma made everyday a special day at work. He was sweet and tough when needed. He was understanding and caring. I will never forget the great times at Suberi Brothers. Neil is and was a remarkable man. He will truly be missed. May he rest in peace. Miss you bunches Gordo! Judy, I write this with a heavy heart. My sentiments to you and your family. Neil brought joy and laughter into the daily paths he crossed. Our deepest sympathies from the Kincade family on Neil's sudden passing. What an amazing man with a fantastic joy for life. He will be greatly missed and Jon spoke so often of his Dad I felt like I knew him before I ever even met him for the first time. His memory will live on with all that loved him.
