Alec was the first American who reached out to them and taught them the ropes of being in business in this country. He was an unbelievably decent guy. During our recent family tragedies, Alec and Larry were there for us as always. We will never forget those acts of kindness.
Loli and I found out about Alec's death right before we drove my mother in law Dory to the airport for a month long visit to Israel. We decided not to tell her about Alec's passing because she would have been so upset that it might have ruined her trip.
Alec was a real Tzaddik.He is a big loss not only to your family, but also to the people who he came into contact with throughout his life.
