My deepest sympathies go out to Matt's family. I am so heartbroken to learn of his senseless death. He was taken too soon from this Earth and will be missed dearly by all. I am thankful to have had the honor of knowing Matt and for the fun memories we all made back in Marietta. RIP Matt.

Karen's thoughts and mine go out to all of you during this time of shock and sadness. Life sometimes can seem so cruel! No words are adequate to express what we feel. Matt was a fine young man who impressed me more and more every time I saw him. Your loss is also humanity's. Go in peace, Matt. You left nothing but the good, by which we shall remember you always.
