|It is with great sorrow that I say my final goodbyes to my beloved Ellen. We met at a New Years evening more than 20 years ago, and have enjoyed our close friendship
ever since. Her sparkling, smiling voice well ever be in the memory of my mind. She will brighten the Heavens, among the Angels, and be at rest, in eternal peace... until we meet again. |

|We just heard today about Ellen, and we are so sorry that we didn't know in time to attend the funeral. We have been friends with her and her family for many years. She was truly a friend, and one whom we all loved. She was such a dear person, and always had a smile for us. She raised three outstanding children. In later years, we didn't get together as much as we should have. For that, I am sorry. To Richard, LInda, Jodi, Laurie, Jonathan, Sharon and the rest of the family, please accept our heartfelt condolences and our love. May her soul Rest In Peace. |

| When our daughter Yaffa Leah married Jonathan, we not only acquired the best son-in-law but the sweetest friend in Ellen- a woman who loved life, who's smile and wit lit up a room, and who could be relied on for her warmth and understanding. Ellen, you'll be missed and I'll always hear your delighted exclamation of "Suzanne!" in my ears whenever I think of you. Thank you for raising a wonderful son who is such a Mensch. Our deepest sympathy to Jodi, Laurie, Jonathan, Richard and Linda, Sharon, Herb and the Mills family. |

|WE WERE SADDENED TO LEARN THAT ELLEN'LIFE WAS GOING TO BE CUT SHORT DUE TO PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH HER OVARIAN CANCER, WHICH SHE FACED SO BRAVELY FOR MANY YEARS WHILE SHE CEELEBRATED LIFE, AND DID NOT HAVE DEATH "IN HER REAR VIEW MIRROR." |Sometimes you meet a person and you just know. When Diane was to marry Alan I was introduced to Ellen and the rest is history. We spoke a lot that day and in her I saw a truly genuine, welcoming, strong and loving human being. My opinion has never changed but rather reinforced through the years. She was a gift to all who loved her. May her soul Rest In Peace. So sorry for for your loss. |

|Ellen was a wonderful person, friend and confident. I found a quote that perfectly describes her:
"Life is mostly froth and bubble,
Two things stand like stone,
Kindness in Another's Trouble
COURAGE in your own."
Ellen's kindness and her courage are truly examples for all of us to follow. I miss her, her friendship and her smile. She will always be in my heart.
Love to her family and to Herb,

|Ellen was a dear friend of my cousin Sandy Dworetz, until Sandy's passing in 2008. I met Ellen in 1972 when they were neighbors on Greenoaks Circle. I will always remember Ellen having the most beautiful smile, caring ways, positive attitude and joy for life. She went through so much, but always bounced back even stronger. She was a fine example of living life to the fullest. She will be missed by me and all who had the blessing of knowing her. Sending thoughts and prayers to her family. |
